What is Personal Success Coaching (PSC)?

Personal Success Coaching is a tool for 1) assisting you in being more effective in your life; and 2) supporting you in creating success in specific areas of your life. PSC is also a powerful way to become more aware of what's working and not working in your life.

How It Works

The personal success objectives and results you want to achieve are clearly established and set forth at the outset of the coaching sessions in your initial orientation call. Your three core coaching sessions consist of "coaching conversations" in the form of telephone conversations. You will be asked to complete a one-page questionnaire prior to your initial orientation call.

Your coaching conversations with Ms. Gandy are designed to provide feedback, pose insightful, introspective questions, and illuminate emotional, spiritual, and/or interpersonal relationship patterns that are serving or not serving you. Ms. Gandy's coaching conversations focus upon identifying and removing blocks, beliefs, and/or patterns that are keeping you from manifesting success in particular areas of your life.

The telephone coaching sessions are usually complemented and supported by "homework" assignments, that are completed between sessions. Sessions last for up to one hour, and are usually one week apart. You may also choose to stay in communication via e-mail between sessions. You place the orientation and coaching calls.

Is it for me?

Personal success coaching is for you if you are ready, not just willing, to make some positive shifts in your life and have breakthroughs in areas where you've been feeling stuck, blocked, ineffective, or like you are in "neutral." PSC is also for you if you are already experiencing positive results in a particular area of your life but want to move to a higher level of effectiveness, or increase or accelerate your results. It is for you if you are seeking a short-term commitment (3 weeks) that acts as a propeller or catalyst for producing results in specific areas of your life.

What is the investment?

For the initial orientation call, the three coaching sessions, up to one hour in length, homework assignments, and the support via e-mail between sessions, the investment is $250. The orientation call occurs and the three coaching calls are scheduled after your completed Coaching Information Form and payment have been submitted or received.

What is required to begin personal success coaching sessions with Debrena Jackson Gandy?

Next, you will need to schedule your initial Orientation coaching call. This is prior to your three success coaching calls. The orientation call is get acquainted, clarify your coaching objectives and to establish times and dates of your success coaching calls.
